Shipping Policy

STANDARD SHIPPING RATES

UNITED STATES: Shipping time takes approximately 5-7 days from the date of processing. 

CANADA: Shipping time takes approximately 7-14 days from the date of processing.

ALL OTHER COUNTRIES: Shipping time is variable but typically takes about 7-21 days from the date of processing.

 

EXPEDITED SHIPPING RATES 

Expedited Shipping availability is dependent on each item.

UNITED STATES: Shipping times are variable depending on the product and delivery destination, but typically range about 2-5 days from the date of processing.

ALL OTHER COUNTRIES: Shipping time is variable but typically takes about 5-12 days from the date of processing.

 

SHIPMENT PROCESSING

Processing times are variable depending on the storage location. A typical processing time takes about 1-3 business days. If you need an item by a certain deadline, please contact us at orders@merciboutique.com

 

SIGNATURE REQUIRED

When is order is valued at $250 or more, we require a signature for delivery. This will help ensure that the order was delivered correctly.

 

LOST PACKAGES

Once the investigation is complete, if your order is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, we will replace your items if they are still available. If we cannot replace them, then we will refund your order, as well as any shipping costs. However, if the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to issue a refund.
